The Business Strategy and Operations Personnel is expected to
- Design and recommend value offering of the hub.
- Design marketing strategy and build team cohesion in ensuring that the brand meets defined quality and standard.
- Build and foster community relationships amongst customers.
- Have a very outgoing, friendly and engaging personality.
- Be able to plan events and training holding in the hub.
- University Graduate (Recent graduate,serving or awaiting NYSC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical with an ability to take initiative
- Good knowledge defining and launching excellent products
- An opportunity to network with professionals across various business areas.
- An additional day to work or study in the hub outside of the shift days (weekends).
