Job Position: Business Analyst


As our Business Analyst,  you will be responsible for analysing insights that will influence strategic decision making. You would from time to time carry out market research that will provide strategic documentation and road map for existing and new products. To be successful in this role, you should be highly analytical, demonstrate great communication skills and must have at least 2 years of Business Analyst experience in a fintech company. 


  

About You:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • You will conduct market research surveys.
  • You will analyze, evaluate and review data for current business verticals.
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • You will track and record Kudi’s activities with partners and stakeholders.
  • You will gather critical information from meetings with various partners and stakeholders and generate useful reports.
  • You will validate strategies and pilot the execution of these strategies by developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • You will generate usable solutions and strategies for developed and improved business verticals.
  • You will monitor the business dashboard and prepare reports for management.
  • You will stay on top of all trends in the financial service/payment system in Nigeria sector and across the globe.

Nice to have:

  • CBAP,  PMP or Scrum Master certification

Job Position: Business Operations Intern


As our Business Operations Intern, you will be a part of our organization’s day to day business activities. Job Position: Credit & Recovery Officer


As Credit & Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for collecting bad debt that has overstayed with our agents and/or customers- in compliance with the Client Protection Principles and other acceptable common practices aligned with legal framework requirements. You will serve as a recovery channel to reduce the risk exposure and external company debt portfolio of Kudi to an agreed minimum.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • Minimum of a first degree from a recognised higher institution.
  • Experience in credit control. 
  • Experience in Collection and client relation

  • Planning and organising/work management skills.  
  • Ability to see tasks to completion.

About the Position

1. Predict risk exposure of the company i.e inform, investigate, monitor expected and unexpected losses 

2. Prepare performance report on how loss funds are being mitigated and recovered.

3. Conduct an independent audit of credit positions and provisions

4. Be in sync with all stakeholders i.e Reconciling Officer, Service Owners  Banks and Vendors on credit status.

5. Responsible for putting together risk compliance measures, making sure all standards are followed.

6. Responsible for setting limits, provisioning, scenario testing and stress testing i.e. responsible for the credit risk processes.

7. Review strategic credit positions for benchmarking current risk practices against those stipulated within our business

  • You have proven experience in Product Marketing with 3+ years in a tech or FMCG company.

  • You will work and define the positioning, messaging, promotion strategies and competitive differentiation of Kudi’s products in collaboration with various stakeholders throughout the company.
  • Drive the go-to-market plan and post-launch marketing programs with the rest of the marketing team and Growth team. 
  • Track campaign performance and optimise through continuous testing.
  • You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Growth team, Brand Marketing and Content Marketing teams.

Job Position: Senior Backend Engineer
