The scholarship may be a unique opportunity to study a two-years Master’s degree in low or middle-income country of the Commonwealth. aimed toward students who are committed to making change in their communities, the scholarships are a life-changing opportunity to experience a new country and culture, to broaden horizons, and to create a worldwide network which will last a lifetime.

ELIGILIBILITY CRITERIA
• Citizens (or those that hold refugee status) during a Commonwealth country are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must apply for a QECS award during a country aside from their home country/country of citizenship.
• there’s no upper age limit to be eligible for a QECS Award.
• you want to have already completed your degree and have graduated with the same of a 2:1 at the time of application. As a part of the application process you’ll be asked to supply a copy of your final transcript and degree certificate.
